What is your return policy?

If you want to return the products you have purchased from us, you have 15 days from the date you received your order.

What about the warranty and guarantee of your products?

15 days money-back promise in case you don’t like or got the damaged product.

  • We accept the following tenders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, PhonePay and Cash On Delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Usual Shipping Information for all: Orders are shipped by Xpressbees/Bluedart (tracked and insured). You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days + 1-2 working days for order processing from the ordering date.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

There are no charges for return. 

What if the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
